The two towers are identical and rise in terms of numbers of floors and height. The building comprises 45 floors which include 3 levels of basements, 2 levels of Retail, 7 levels of podium parking and 33 levels of office spaces above the podium level. Gross Floor Area of KFT is more than 1.4 million sq ft. The net sellable area of each floor shall be in the range of 16,500 to 17,500 sq ft. KFT has been provided with abundant parking spaces commensurate with the needs of a building of its size. The total number of parking spaces is:
For Cars – 1644 nos.
For Motorcycles – 277 nos.
The entire parking area is housed in the basements and podium levels.
Where the sky bridge pierces through the twin towers, recreational facilities like swimming pool and the garden terrace will be housed. The sky bridge shall be occupied by an elite businessmen club.
